These Conditions shall apply to the exclusion（排除在外） of any terms and conditions stipulated（规定约定）,referred to,or purported to be stipulated or
referred to by the Seller,and shall supersede all previous conditions of purchase of the Buyer.Acceptance of any Order placed by the
Buyer or despatch or delivery of the Products or the fulfilment of an Order by the Seller to the Buyer shall be deemed to be conclusive
acceptance of these Conditions by the Buyer.
