how to keep healthy?
In our daily life,keeping healthy is rather important,just as no healthy body ,nothing will achieve.
As to how to stay healthy,here are some tips for you to follow.
At first,take exercises as much as possible and form a good living and bedtime habbit.
and then,stay away from the alcohol,cigarrete,drug.Be sure to be responsible for yourself and learn to be self-discipline.
At last,when you feel not good ,go to hospital and take medicine as soon as possible.
