There was a tree in my garden. One day, two birds came to build a house there for their three newborn babies.
One day, I heard the sound of the little birds in the garden. Then I found that two of the babies were on the ground. I thought they must have dropped out of their house. So, I decided to help them get back to their house. At that time, the father bird and the mother bird came back. They had some food for the babies. They didn’t put the food near the babies. They put the food far away from the babies. To get the food, the babies had to fly to it.
Then I heard the cry of the third baby. She was still in their house. She was afraid to get out of the house to get the food. But she was very hungry. To my surprise, the father bird and the mother bird just stood there and did nothing.
Having no other choice, the baby went to the border of the house and looked down. But she went back because she was too afraid. After about ten minutes, she was so hungry that she flew off from the house. I could hear her cry when she flew. But she landed safely on the ground and found the food. These birds taught me a lesson —There is lots of food. If you want yours, you need to fly.
