(1)saparate 通常指把原来结合在一起,混合在一起的分开或隔离,常与from搭配.如：You should separate them from each other .
(2)divide 着重于把整体分成若干部分.divide还有“除,用.来除；使有分歧,是不合”之意,一般和into连用.如：The house is divided into two parts .
