In the analysis of historical clues and elaborated on the basis of practical significance,this thesis the process of curriculum development for teachers involved in the problems were on the explanation of the reasons for these problems were analyzed.
Finally,the process of curriculum development for teachers involved in the problems,proposed mechanisms for teacher participation in curriculum development and strategy; on the future of teacher participation in curriculum development in the future,and further research are proposed.
