the effect of not paying too much attention to philosophy and the artists will be very bad because philosophy is the important part of a country's culture and the mentally knowledge.artists are the ones who create arts.a counntry will be nothing if there's no pjilosophy and artists.so i think it matters if a society doesn't pay much attention to these things
