Students are living in school for a very long time ,so it is critical of schools to do something.First and formost,schools should increase some classes about menltal health ,these classes can be studied as basic classes.Then,teachers also need to help students to built a healthy attitude about life.Last but not least ,the liberaries of schools have duties to improve this situation.A book can change a person's attitude ,liberaries should store some books about mental health .
As for us ,we should help ourselves to avoid mental diseases,as the old saying "god help those who help themselves " .We should be ourselves foever,and we don't nend to campare with others.If there is some thing that we cann't solve ourselves we should ask for help from teachers or classmates.
