1.Write the speech on what you want to talk about
2.Review and read the written speech to youself aloud
3.Make the speech to your audiance,by memory,without reading your prepared notes.
While you make your speech,relex,and try to focus on a small selection of audiance in front of you first,then,try to scan and look directly at other part of your audiances.
I prefer walking and pacing,if you can hold your microphone with you.
