During the lease term,if party A,except the stipulated conditions herein,terminates the contract arbitrarily and withdraws the house before the expiration of the contract,party A shall pay to party B liquidated damages XXX times as much as the monthly rent.If the liquidated damages are not adequate to compensate for party B's losses,party A shall pay the rest.
