Not many americans want a new law to control the ownership of guns,especially hand guns
there are more than three members and they have friends with influence in Congress
they also have strong support from the gun manufactures
many americansthemselves wouldn't like to give up theri guns.they think it's their right as freemen to own a gun.
It was written into the Constitution in1970!
