sure一般只以人做主语,如I am sure about sth/ I am sure that...
而certain其实是人或物做主语都行,it做主语只能用certain有没有sure of 、 certain about这两种用法？可以的，of跟about这里是可以互换的，但这里是因为主语it只能用certain，而且后面是从句
