A visit to our former teacher
To make the arrangement for the visit, we need to find out from her/him about the address/venue. And the available time which is convenient for her/him. And gather the contact number as well, just in case, we couldn't locate the place.
To find out in total how many visitors are going to visit her/him, and inform the host(teacher). Maybe, to rent a coach for transportation.
Now, to find out our former teacher's preferences, so that we can get something which is/are useful and meaningful for her/him.
And to make this visit a fruitful one, we may organise a party for the host. Then, the necessary logistic and food stuff ought to be prepared before hand.
Forget not, to bring along the video recorder or camera to capture all the actions and share it after the event.
