这是个维修&运输合同,A是家公司,我把名字隐去了.

parties against whom 这块儿卡住了.
If A is found liable for damage in connection with execution of a contract as against third
parties against whom A cannot invoke these Conditions,the customer undertakes to
indemnify and hold harmless A in respect of all liability including products liability to third
parties.
呵呵 后来找老外问了下，简单来说就是A将工作分包给第三方，若工作有任何问题，客户独自承担损失。
CASCHSHEN意思比较相近，不过不是损害第三方利益
