Yes ,i do believe music has a strong effect on people's mood.when i am in a low mood ,I often listen to some happy songs,which means the songs are relaxed and deliver happy message.And after that i feel much better.Do you hear the song called Gloomy Sunday?it is a song cuases many people to kill themselves .so I do think music can affect people’s mood and state of mind
