思路一：转换成定语从句
the question coming up=the question which comes up/the question which is coming up
省略掉主语谓语,就得到非谓语
思路二：come up 的逻辑主语是question ,两者之间来比较,主谓关系的,用现在分词,被动关系的,用过去分词
