Improvements in health,education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations.However ,the governments of the richer nations should take more responsibility for help the poorer nations in such areas.

As the globalization degree is increasingly,global village has became a proliferation concept.In this case,i hold the view ,rich country take more responsibility,not only to think for themselves,but also to promote the development countries substantially.
The poor nations health and trade are accompanied by the rich ones as a result of globalization.rich nations can not separately advance,in turn,poor nations are more reliable on rich nations.This point can be firmly confirmed with an example of SARS.Apparently,developed countries can not defend the world-spread disease with a neglect measure ,forbidding immigrants that period internationally.It is evident that helping the impoverished nations against SARA can be the best solution.When it come to ecology,impoverished countries development mostly depend on raw materials,Which are exported to the affluent countries at a maximum low price .Therefore ,they,both are mutually benefits.Helping the poor nations economically is just a aspect of developing affluent countries themselves.
In term of education,more or less,i consider it has some certain connections with cultural identity which can not be absent from cultural diversity.more importantly,with the advanced techniques the affluent nations gives through education ,impoverished ones can be really independent and conduct beneficial influence to the plant more.
In my conclusion,the wealthy counties and the not wealthy ones can not be apart absolutely.However,richer ones should take more responsibility for helping the poor ones ,only in this way,do they make enormous interests reality.
