我认为两个选项都可以
如果认为is后面接的是表语的,那么:
如果brother后的is去掉,选A
如果有is,as的内容也要是表语,所以选B,
所以在本前提下选B比较恰当
如果认为is后面接的是宾语的:
选A比较恰当
(此前提下选B我私下认为也无不可,强调intelligent,而as intelligent a student仍然可作为名词,因为so和as有时可通用)
