Hi,Professor xxxxx.I am xxxx,from China.I am a student of the Department of Business Administration,xxx University.
Before attending your class,my understanding of emerging technologies and future business was somewhat limited to robots and e-business.But after attending your class,I realized that everything has to do with human being.Just as you said,we can always learn from robots,but we seldom have the chance to sit down with our friends from all over the world,and learn from each other.(Something we call team work).I feel that this course offered us such an opportunity.The classroom was like a miniature world.It helped me better understand different countries,and have a better understanding of the people in the those countries.
In the last few years I spent too much time to learn Korean.Therefore,I had less time for English study.As a result,my English suffered.This somewhat affected my participation in your class.Now,I feel that my Korean is pretty good,and is time to catch up with my English.For my self evaluation,(absolute evaluation,not relative comparison),I would give my self a B,the reasons being:
1.From the very first day to the last day,I’ve never missed a single meeting.
2.I paid absolute attention to listen to your lecture.
3.I am very competitive.I am tri-lingual (Chinese,Korean and English).
I have good knowledge of computer technology,and I am a good website

Most importantly,from your course,I benefited tremendously:
1.I have a better understanding of the global view.
2.I ‘ve made many friends from different countries.
3.To a certain degree,my English is improved.
4.I have a better understanding of people's ideology in a global setting,which helps me better communicate with people in a global setting.
5.From my classmates’ presentations,I learned more about some emerging technologies.
I plan to take part in the next summer semester.In the mean time,I will try my best to improve my English,so that I will participate even more in the class.
