看情况而定：
疑问代词who,which,what 和疑问副词where,when,why,how亦可引导同位语从句,但它们在句子中还是充当句子成分的,例如：
It is difficult to answer your question how I did it.
很难回答你提出的我是如何做的问题.（how I did it与your question同位,不是定语从句）
I have no idea when he will come.
我不知道他什么时候来.（when he will come与idea同位,不是定语从句）
The question who should do the work requires consideration.
谁该干这项工作,这个问题需要考虑.
（ who should do the work与the question 同位,不是定语从句）I have no idea when he will come.The question who should do the work requires consideration.为什么不是定语从句？I have no idea when he will come.中的idea如果是定语从句的话，那么，就是先行词，先行词的idea在从句 he will come 中，当什么句子成分？位置在哪？所以，不是定语从句。idea与when he will come从句是同位关系。The question who should do the work requires consideration.与上句一样，question与后面的从句是同位关系，question不是who的先行词。当然，同位从句有时翻译的时候，类似定语从句。
