---Which kind of welfare is more important to you,pension or bonus?
---Pension,of course.You know,with it I can have a guaranteed life after retiring.It's an essential fact for me to choose a company..Uh,maybe the company can not afford much bonus,but I can make it.I will use my money carefully.
---I can't agree with you.I prefer bonus that I can get at the end of year.Usually it's a big sum,even more than my salary.Pension is not everything.It's too far away for me.I'd like to enjoy today,not tomorrow.
