这与in the past few years 有什么区别?
是不是in the last year是没有the的?可以用现在完成也可以用过去完成
而in the past few years只能用现在完成?
不清楚的话请不要乱说高三了英语还是不行

怎么貌似in the past few years只是说现在的前一段时间因而用现在完成
而in the last few years 可以表示任何时间（包括现在）的前一段时间因而可以用现在完成也可以用过去完成

in the last year在过去的一年中应该是只用过去式很明确的指出时间状态是去年;有 the 但是表时间状语时,一般直接说last year.
in the past few years是在过去的几年当中,如果语境中发生的动作能延续到现在,对现在有影响,是可以用完成时的.
eg.In the past few years,the world economics has showed a trend of decline.在过去的几年中,世界经济出现下滑趋势
I got an intership last year with P&G.去年我在宝洁公司做实习
