sent是send的过去式,应该用send
friend是可数名词,要么a friend 要么friends
Send a friend a wish 语法上没错,但是很别扭
如果是给一个朋友送祝福的话,“wish happiness to a friend”可能稍微好一点…或者有更好的,仔细斟酌吧…
