Loving one's work is the key factor to have the work well done,including small cases.While I was doing my own work,I'm also volunteered to share other works within my department,such as apply for the stationery,collect kinds of application documents,printer maintainance,etc.
After the company implemented the "5S" management,I'm actively coopertated with the directors and made the "5S" management plan of my department.Since then,I'm more strict to myself and won the "5S" star every month.And the other staff in my department also understood the "5S" better and better,and also behaved very well in the evaluation.
