2.she is resting
>she is have a resting还是she is have been resting

have been doing sth 现在完成进行时,表示从过去开始发生的事,到现在还在进行,或者将会继续发生下去.
she is resting = she is having a rest现在进行时,be+ doing sth,你的句子(is have是错的)
he tried again = he had another try
have a try 试一试,这里try是名词
