I don't know where he live in and who he is.
不对哦，我写成了他住在哪，我的问题是他在哪嘛。
所以，这样才吗：
I don't know where he is and who he is.
但感觉很累赘哦，有没有别的讲法？如neither nor等用法行吗？
用了后会不会变成双否定？
