During the Warranty Period of Contract Equipment,for each day of stoppage of each EMUs which is attributable to the Contract Equipment,Buyer will have a right to apply Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day of the price of the subject Contract Equipment which directly causes the stoppage of such EMUs,the total aggregated amount for this liquidated damages is limited to 1% (one percent) of the overall value of the Contract price.
