IN A SHOE SHOP:
CUSTOMER:
You buy a pair of shoes in a shop and decide to wear them immediately.Before you finish shopping,a heel (鞋跟) falls off one of the shoes.
Return to the shop and complain to the manager.
You want your money back because you now don’t trust the shop.
MANAGER:
You sell a pair of shoes to a customer.
But later,she/he comes back to complain that one heel fell off.
The customer wants money back,but you don’t want to give it.
Offer to repair the shoes.
