1.Acceptance of this card will release the VAT Refund Administrator and shall be in full and final settlement of any payments or obligations the VRA may have in respect of the application for a refund of South American VAT by the customer.
2.The activation of this card shall be delayed in accordance with the User Information leaflet provided by the VRA and the card shall be non-reloadable.This card is not authoriseed for use in the Republic of South Africa.
