The assignment hereby constituted is for all past and future rights,including the right to seek patent or similar protection for the Inventions,to enforce pending claims against infringers and to receive past,present and future payments of all royalties,damages and economic benefits arising from the ownership of these patent or similar intellectual property claims.The Employee understands and agrees that the decision whether or not to commercialise or market any Invention developed by the Employee solely or jointly with others is within the Employer's sole discretion and for the Employer's sole benefit and that no royalty will be due to the Employee as a result of the Employer's efforts to commercialise or market any such Invention.
