In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing.What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays,a word called “competent” is widely used in the society,which caused stress atomosphere around people.To accomplish their goals,people try their best to finish their work only for more money and glories.So,people always get tired about work and life,and that’s the reason why people’s average weight are increasing but their levels of health and fitness are decreasing.
It is well-known that more stress may cause people getting fat.Because some people don’t have a regular time to do the proper thing and always stay up for many times.For example,my history teacher is 24 years now but since she has taught 30 classes for a week and also she doesn’t have enough time relaxing,however,she’s getting fat and easily become ill.From my teacher,we can make a conclusion that stress work is not only makes people unhealthy but also push negative influence on life and normal work..
Moreover,stress also make people get angry easily,which plays an important part in people’s unhealthy lifestyle.This is because when people getting angry,they may eat more things than before to control their bad tempers.Meanwhile,when some people getting angry,they may not do sports everyday and lack of exercise.For day long,people pay less attention on live a peaceful and positive life instead living a irregular and high-stressed life,which also lead to their world attitude more negative.
From what I have discussed above,it’s a great way for people chasing their hopes.And I think little stress could make people be more successful.So,I reckon that people need a more peaceful life to enjoy healthy and also enjoy life.
