1.既然前面有have,后面出现的动词就必须是过去分词got；
2.have got本意是现在完成时,表示“已经得到/得了”,如：
You have got everything.你一切齐备（已经能够得到一切）.
You have got enteritis.你得了肠炎.
3.可以转义为口语形式的“have”,转义后有两种用法——
1）用作实义动词,表示“有/拥有”,如：
I have got my ticket.我有入场券.（= I have my ticket）
Have you got five minutes to spare?你能抽出5分钟时间吗?（= Do you have five minutes to spare）
2）用作情态动词,表示“不得不”,如：
They have got to leave early.他们不得不早走.（= They have to leave early）
I have got to see to the doctor.我不得不去看医生.（= I have to see to the doctor.）
