It was absoutely not [a piece of cake] for Mary to be a successful office lady and a resiponsible mother at the same time. She seems to be [racing the clock] at every moment of every day. [A snack of] bread and milk is the power for her whole morning as she rushes to her office and checks the emails sent by her [clients]. After work, she has to care for her baby son and teach him to [distinguish] the right from the wrong, and [cultivate] him to build a healthy habit. Mary is always exhausted after a day of work and wants a little [relaxation] by watching TV. But [on several occasions], she is so tired that she fell asleep watching the television.
