On the Applications of the Idea of People Oriented to the Management of Universities' Libraries

From the view point of People Oriented, this paper has discussed the ideas of management and service of insisting on the Teachers and Students Oriented and Librarian Oriented. And the applications of the said idea to the management of Universities' Libraries.
