breakfast should be healthy,we may have rice,bread,eggs and milk.it can give us enough protein,make us feel energetic.
at noon,we always feel so hungry,because we have worked for several hours,so we must eat well at lunch.don't forget vegetables and fruit.
scientists sugest that we should eat less at supper.something simple and easy to digest are adviced.because i want to keep in shape ,i always eat less in my supper.
