I found a good way to help your grandpapa.I hope it will help him.I visited an old man yesterday,he is about 80 years old.He is advanced in age,but his body is very good,still vigorous.He told me he likes eating red dates.He always early to bed,early to rise.He does the exercise every morning.And he is always keeping a good mood.He said,do these will help to keep his body healthy.
