speed是速率 速度 比如赛车 火箭什么的 就用speed
rate是频率 幅度 比如增幅 产值什么的 就用rate
至于the和a 几乎没有区别
我的经验是 the可以数字 10km/s之类 也能接名词 light sound之类
a就只能接数字
