if the documents presented under this credit determined to be discrepant,we may in our sole judgement and discretion approach.the buyer for a waiver of the discrepancy(ies).Incase the the waiver is obtained,we may release the documents and effect payment in accordance with the credit terms notwithstanding any prior communication to the presenter that we are holding documents at their disposal,unless we have received any instructions to the contrary from them prior to our release of documents.
