Injunctive Relief:The parties hereto acknowledge that remedies at law may be inadequate to protect the disclosing party against a breach of this Agreement,and the parties each acknowledge and agree to the granting of injunctive relief in favour of the disclosing party without the need of proof of actual damages nor the posting of any bond by the disclosing party,which requirements are hereby expressly waived by each of the undersigned.
