举个例子好了

这里produce不是句子的谓语,只是用来修饰phone
是定语从句省略that is/which is的用法
The phone that is produced in this factory is not that good.
如果句子的谓语要作被动态,那就要用be 动词
I was called in class.说不上是规律，但是也不用记的
当你看到一个动词，如果它在句中不是主谓语而且含有被动含义的，那么就要注意了

特点就是你在翻译的时候，这个动词可以翻译成 “被。。的”
（担当形容词，这个就是定语从句的功能，定语放在被修饰名词的后面）
可以省略be动词
