主句：Beth Roche wakes up 贝丝·罗切振作起来, 伴随状语：knowing she can't feel sorry for herself, that she has to fo...两个宾语从句我知道，可是伴随状语，我还以为是后置定语，可以变形为whoknow ，这点不太清楚。。。。

wake up 是动词，不可能带有后置定语。可以用如下方式改写：

 

• 改写为并列句：Beth Roche wakes up (and she knows) she can't feel sorry for herself, that she has to focus on rehabbing her ravaged left leg.

• 用 as（随着）改写为状语从句：(As she knows) she can't feel sorry for herself, that she has to focus on rehabbing her ravaged left leg, Beth Roche wakes up.

• 用while 改写：Beth Roche wakes up (while knowing) she can't feel sorry for herself, that she has to focus on rehabbing her ravaged left leg.   

动名词形式做状语，可不可以改成从句形式，那是生么样的从句呢，谢谢动名词只能作主语、表语和宾语，不能作状语。只有分词才可以做时间、原因、条件、方式和伴随状语，此处是伴随状语，因此属于现在分词。我后面用 as 和 while 改写的两个句子就是从句，as 表示“伴随着...的情况”。while 表示“与此同时”。
