花费时间或者金钱在某事上
表达是：
spend sth on sth
spend sth(in) doing sth
在这里填spend,doing
every morning表示每个早晨,所以用一般现在时.后面是exercise ,do exercises表示锻炼
所以就是spend和doing了.
