个人观点,仅供参考.what 由动作的实施者变为被动里的by+实施者,放在被动句的句首.被动加be动词,并在疑问句中提前,置于主语之前.make sb to do sth 变为sb be made to do sth.所以就成这样的了.好像一般都是陈述句变被动的,疑问的还真没见过.
