The dish I am going to introduce named " Gan Pan Dish".It is so simple and easy to do ,The main indigrediment is " PAN CAI".After peal the skin of PANCAI ,slice it into little pieces.Put the sliced pieces into steam cooker.After it well done,you take it out put into a dish then put the sources over it according your own favorit flavor.
This dish is very sweet and delicious.
