为什么第一个and后有主语“he”而第二个and后直接就接“has gone to...“了?

解答
第一个and：
前面用的是“现在进行时”,后面用的是“现在完成时”.
时态不同,所以各自都加上主语 he 了.
第二个and：
前、后用的都是“现在完成时”.
时态相同,主语一样,所以就省略了一个 he
（当然省掉的是后面的那一个）
