两个没有区别,都是“不能帮助做某事”
区别在于help 后面加（to）do,都是对的

can’t help doing sth 和can’t help to do sth
can’t help doing sth是指“情不自禁做某事”“忍不住做某事”；can’t help to do sth是指“不能帮助做某事”.
