Although there are some professional logistics enterprises established in China, the scale and strength of them are not enough. The service leves and efficiency are still at a low level. They can provide only transportation and storage service. However, the value added service has not yet well developed, such as in the areas of transportation processing, logistics information service, stock management, cost control, specially in the higher level of logistics plan design and full course of logistics service.
