1.to communicate with foreigners if it's not convienent for you ,then foster yourself to talk a story everyday in English.You will benefit from it gradually.
2.take part in some English activities like English cornor as much as you can.At the same time ,you will make more friends.
3.choose some English magazines that you are interested.
If you are fond of cars,you may read some car magazines .By resding interesting books ,you will hard to find boring.
4.try to learn some English songs.
