The location of Hotel is good as its central and you can walk to many of the attractions of London. The reception is welcoming and attractive. Very narrow flight of stairs to get to our room, past laundry rooms and narrow corridors leading to what looks like staff quarters, no lift in the hotel. The room we stayed in was tiny and absolutely sparse. No hairdryer, safe or tea tray in the room. Beds were made in a hurry and the whole room experience quite cramped and characterless, bland.
