If a purchase order or other agreement is subsequently entered into between the Parties that addresses the confidentiality of information received by the SUPPLIER from us,the Confidential Information provided to SUPPLIER under this Agreement shall become subject to the terms of such purchase order or other agreement as if such Confidential Information was received from us during the term of such purchase order or other agreement.
