楼上明显不专业啊逗号前面的句子的主语就是Oxford Circus ,which后面的东西就是修饰它的那么从结构上来说逗号后面的句子也应该是说Oxford Circus （遇到这种句子就把句子简化把which whose that 后面的成分去掉这样结构就很清楚了）
